10+ years in talent, people, business development, relationship management, or related fields
Experience managing and leading global teams
AI appetite, with real examples of how you use AI today
Emotional intelligence that lets you move the business in ways AI can’t, and build deep connections with candidates, hiring managers, executives, and other stakeholders
Ready to work in an office environment most days of the week
