5+ years building and delivering production software at a high bar
Strong React and Next.js chops, with real UI/UX judgment
Strong Node.js and TypeScript skills, with a track record of well-tested, production-grade APIs and services
Hands-on experience with Postgres and relational data modeling
Experience with AWS and containerized systems (we run Kubernetes)
Familiarity with Redis and caching strategies
Sharp instincts around testing, debugging, observability, and systems design
Strong product intuition and attention to detail
Comfort making calls and driving forward in ambiguity
