Who You Are 5+ years in product management, with enterprise platform, infrastructure, or security/compliance products as a central, hands-on part of your work. Solid grasp of enterprise security and deployment concepts, experience with multi-region AWS cloud infrastructure, and what it takes to support on-prem or dedicated deployments. Past hands-on experience as a software developer - you can read code, reason about architecture and technical trade-offs, and hold a credible technical conversation with engineering. Experience defining requirements for multi-tenant or white-labeled products, including the account and user-management systems behind them. Comfortable partnering directly with security, compliance, and infrastructure teams to turn regulatory and customer requirements into shippable features. Strong product judgment: able to take a broad, cross-cutting roadmap and sequence it into a shippable plan. Excellent written and verbal communication; able to work directly with enterprise customers, partners, and internal stakeholders across engineering, security, and sales.
