In this role you will Take full ownership of quality activities in the propulsion domain, interfacing with customers, suppliers, engineering, manufacturing, and procurement Lead the implementation of quality assurance processes throughout the product lifecycle – from development through customer delivery Drive risk management across programs and production lines according to work plans Lead failure investigations, root cause analysis (RCA), and implementation of corrective and preventive actions Support development processes and engineering reviews with domestic and international design subcontractors, including quality audits, improvement plans, and performance monitoring Support production line establishment and supplier quality control processes Lead quality discussions with customers and certification bodies, prepare reports, and analyze quality metrics Provide professional responses to complex quality issues with deep technical understanding of propulsion systems and mechanical assemblies Requirements B.Sc. in Engineering (preference for Quality, Mechanical, or Aeronautical Engineering) CQE certification -
