We are looking for a highly technical and experienced QA engineer to join our QA team. Our QA team handles both manual and automated testing of the ClearML solution, including web user-interface as well as Python client and backend. Work is either fully remote or hybrid with offices in Tel Aviv.
Responsibilities
Design and run testing for new features
Handle user interface testing of the ClearML platform
Run SDK testing of various clearml Python packages
Participate in the development of automation tests using Python and Cypress
Take an active part in supporting the ClearML open-source community as well as paying customers doing state-of-the-art Deep Learning and MLOps
Requirements
2+ years experience in web application development or testing
Experience with OS shell (Linux or Windows PowerShell)
Experience with Python
Understanding of Client-Server architecture and docker
Experience with automation development – an advantage
High-level English
Team player with excellent communication skills
Education
B.Sc in Computer Science, or equivalent
Apply
3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar client-facing role within a B2B SaaS or technology company.
Demonstrated ability to build and sustain strong executive and practitioner-level relationships across complex, multi-stakeholder accounts.
Strong commercial awareness, including experience managing renewals, mitigating churn risk, and identifying growth opportunities.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex technical concepts into clear business narratives.
High degree of organization and follow-through, with experience managing a portfolio of accounts and multiple concurrent priorities.
Collaborative mindset and comfort working cross-functionally across Sales, Support, Product, and Engineering.
Comfort with AI/ML concepts and ability to develop fluency in technical platforms without being a deep practitioner.
