Position Overview: We are building a cutting-edge GenAI-powered SaaS platform that enables investigators to interact with complex case data through a conversational interface. The system leverages LLMs, RAG architectures, and agentic workflows in a rapidly evolving environment. As we scale, we are looking for a hands-on R&D Manager, reporting to the VP R&D, to take ownership of day-to-day execution, team delivery, and production stability - enabling the team to move fast while freeing leadership to focus on new innovation and strategic initiatives. This is not a traditional management role. You will operate as a player-coach, staying close to the technology while leading a small, high-impact team.
