As a Director of Domain Ownership (Director of Product Engineering) you will be leading a group of senior teams that blend product thinking with hands-on engineering. your teams define the problem, write the spec, build the solution, and own the outcome — and you set the bar, direction, and pace for all of it.

What you'll do:

Lead multiple teams (~10–15 Domain Owners), owning what gets built, how well it's built, and the commercial impact on the business.

Set technical and product direction across teams, driving spec-driven, AI-augmented delivery to ensure clear, testable requirements before engineering begins.

Maintain high technical credibility to review architecture, unblock decisions, and bridge communication between technical teams and commercial stakeholders.

Hire, coach, and retain senior Domain Owners and Team Leads, establishing performance expectations and career growth across the organization.
