We are establishing a new performance marketing growth group in Tel-Aviv, that will initially serve Entains' Performance Marketing business units. We are looking for an experienced and talented Project Manager/Producer to join our Performance Marketing team. This role is a critical part of our creative production process, ensuring that all creative assets flow smoothly between teams and are delivered efficiently, on time, and at the highest quality .The role will involve overseeing the production of creative assets for the Performance Marketing department .You will work closely with creative teams, campaign managers, and performance experts to deliver high-quality content that aligns with marketing goals. Responsibilities Manage multiple projects within the marketing department, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and goals are met. Oversee the production of creative assets (such as ads, videos, banners, landing pages, and paid content) for performance marketing campaigns. Collaborate closely with the creative team, designers, and brand team to develop and execute creative concepts that are efficient and aligned with performance goals. Ensure the entire process runs smoothly, from the initial concept to the final delivery of assets. Maintain high-quality standards, track project progress, and ensure deliverables are aligned with the needs of the performance marketing team. Work closely with campaign managers to ensure that creative assets meet expectations and performance requirements. Manage project timelines, prioritize tasks, and coordinate with all necessary teams to ensure smooth workflow and successful campaign execution. Review creative materials to ensure they meet high standards, align with the brand guidelines, tone of voice and local regulations.
