A winning ad could change the trajectory of a mobile game. The only way to consistently find winners is to explore more, faster, and smarter than anyone else.
Sett is a UA creative performance platform for mobile gaming. We build agentic AI systems that analyze performance data, generate diverse playable and video ad concepts, deploy them to ad networks, and continuously learn from the results. The full creative loop. Automated, and done better than humans only.
Our system doesn't remix templates. It creates fundamentally different creative hypotheses, each one built from real performance signals.
Sett is building AI systems that generate creative strategy and playable-ad ideas. We are looking for someone to join an R&D team, who can turn strong UA performance understanding and reasoning into scalable ways of creating better.
This role works upstream. You will identify the decisions, patterns and tradeoffs behind effective creative, then build them into agentic workflows, tools and repeatable ideation methods. That includes improving what inputs the system uses, how it explores options, how it adapts to different ad networks, how it enables future experimentation and how performance signals shape the next creative decision.
Success is not “we reviewed the ideas better.” Success is a system that produces more relevant, testable and performance-aware creative directions at scale - and improves from the results over time.
Responsibilities
Improve existing agentic and systematic ideation processes using performance data, market context and creative expertise for playable ads in the mobile games industry.
Take unsolved ideation problems and develop data-informed solutions: define the problem, investigate the evidence, brainstorm options, build a POC and drive it through MVP and production handoff.
Use the full UA loop to improve creative decisions: ad-network results, in-playable events, redirect rules, creative behavior and retrospective performance.
Create practical frameworks, reports and evaluation methods that help the system reason about performance and improve over time.
Adapt creative and delivery strategy to the differences between social platforms and ad networks.
Requirements
Strong mobile gaming experience. You understand the performance marketing and creative ecosystem and have made creative decisions based on real performance data.
Deep UA understanding. You’re fluent in creative testing, ad-network metrics, placements, funnels, user flows, iterations and performance tradeoffs.
Strong creative understanding and reasoning. You understand what makes playable and video ads work, and can separate visual polish from creative decisions that actually move performance.
Highly data-driven. You’re comfortable digging into performance tables and event-level data, spotting patterns, asking the right questions and turning findings into decisions.
Creative and analytical. You can form a strong creative point of view, challenge it with data, and systematically investigate why something worked — or didn’t.
Hands-on with AI. You actively use tools like Codex, Claude Code and other AI-native tools to analyze, prototype and solve problems. You don’t need to be a software engineer, but you can turn an idea into a working POC.
Closed-loop thinker. You care about what happened after launch, why it happened, and how those learnings should shape the next iteration.
High ownership and independence. You spot problems, investigate them, form a point of view and drive solutions forward without waiting for every step to be defined.
Clear cross-functional communicator. You can explain creative and performance reasoning to creative, technical, data and customer-facing teams.
Experience with playable ads, game design, ad tech, in-playable analytics, experimentation or A/B testing is a strong advantage.
Experience with AppLovin, Unity, Meta, TikTok or similar advertising ecosystems is a strong advantage.
Your background can be in UA Creative, Performance, Data, BI, UA or Creative. What matters is that you combine a strong creative eye with a performance mindset and care deeply about understanding what actually works and why.
