6+ years of UX/product design experience across web and mobile (iOS and Android) Experience owning or significantly shaping a design system Strong UX fundamentals and the ability to communicate design decisions clearly - to PMs, not just other designers Comfortable leading through influence rather than headcount Async-first working style; the team spans multiple time zones Open to AI-assisted design workflows - hands-on experience is a plus What It's Actually Like - And Why It's Worth It PM-led, AI-assisted design is still coming into its own at Bringg.
