We're looking for an experienced Supply Chain & Manufacturing Manager to lead and scale our manufacturing and supply chain operations. This is a key role for someone who enjoys building processes, optimizing operations and driving execution in a fast-growing company. What You'll Do Lead and scale our manufacturing and supply chain operations Manage procurement, inventory, logistics and supplier relationships Build and optimize production processes to support company growth Work closely with R&D, Operations and external partners to ensure seamless execution Drive planning, operational excellence and continuous improvement Requirements 7+ years of experience leading manufacturing and supply chain operations Proven experience managing production and procurement in a hardware environment Experience working with global suppliers and manufacturers Strong leadership and project management skills Fluent English
