What We're Looking For LLB and admission to the Israel Bar Association. Up to 2 years of post-qualification experience, with practical exposure to commercial and/or privacy work during internship or practice, in-house at a technology company or in the commercial department of a leading law firm. Strong drafting skills and experience supporting contract work with vendors, customers, or partners. Full professional fluency in Hebrew and English, including precise legal drafting in both. A business-oriented approach: the ability to translate legal risk into clear, actionable recommendations. The ability to translate legal processes and requirements into practical, accessible guidance for non-legal teams across the company. Independence, organization, and initiative: comfortable managing multiple matters in parallel and following each one through to completion. Strong interpersonal skills: a collaborative colleague who communicates effectively with stakeholders at every level.
