Who You Are Must-Haves 6+ years of experience as a Technical Writer in a B2B SaaS or enterprise software environment Strong technical proficiency, with the ability to understand and document complex systems Hands-on experience incorporating AI tools into documentation workflows (e.g., content generation, editing, automation) and using them to improve efficiency and scale Experience leveraging analytics and user behavior insights (e.g., Pendo or similar tools) to improve documentation effectiveness and user experience Strong command of structured authoring (Markdown, HTML, XML, or similar) and modern documentation tooling Proven experience working in fast-paced environments with rapid release cycles and evolving requirements Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and parallel workstreams (e.g., working with several PMs simultaneously) Excellent writing skills, with a proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and user-focused content Highly self-directed, with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to operate independently in a dynamic environment Collaborative, positive, and solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing priorities Native or near-native English proficiency, with the ability to write clear, polished, and professional technical content; Hebrew proficiency required
