Qualifications
7+ years of product management experience, including direct experience managing hardware and/or firmware products such as connected devices, IoT, or medical devices
Demonstrated ability to manage complex eligibility, enrollment, operational, or data workflows
Strong product judgment and ability to balance user needs, technical constraints, and business priorities
Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership skills, including the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Proven ability to drive execution with a high degree of ownership and operational rigor in a fast-moving environment
Preferred
Experience in healthcare, digital health, medication adherence, or connected medical devices
Familiarity with employer benefits or health plan eligibility systems
Experience working with healthcare channel partners such as health plans, PBMs, or pharmacy networks
