A hands-on role combining automation development with process establishment and best practices. You'll work directly with the CTO and be a key partner in technical decisions. What You'll Do Write automation tests for React Native mobile app Build testing infrastructure and integrate with CI/CD Define QA processes and best practices Perform manual testing and regression Eventually - recruit and grow the QA team Requirements 5+ years of QA experience Significant experience writing automation (Appium / Detox / similar) Experience with React Native apps - required Ability to write real code (not just record & playback tools) Experience building QA processes from scratch or significant improvement of existing ones Hebrew and English - high proficiency
