Precision-Guided Weapon Systems Engineer Location: Yehud, Israel Job Description As part of this role, you will be responsible for leading the development, testing, and integration of a precision-guided weapon system, providing customer support, performing technical analyses, and supporting production activities. Key Responsibilities: Lead the development, testing, and integration of precision-guided weapon systems. Define system and subsystem requirements. Prepare technical specifications, system requirements, and design documentation. Work closely with prime contractors and customers. Provide technical guidance to subcontractors and oversee the quality of their deliverables. Perform root cause analysis, investigations, and engineering analyses. Provide technical support to customers in Israel and internationally. Support production lines and manufacturing activities. Requirements Bachelor's degree from a recognized academic institution in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering – Mandatory. At least 3 years of experience in Systems Engineering and/or System Requirements Definition – Mandatory. Strong multidisciplinary systems perspective and system-level understanding – Mandatory. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams. Professional customer-facing and presentation skills.
