Job Description Summary Lead and supervise a team of warehouse associates at GE HealthCare Israel, ensuring efficient and accurate receipt, storage, and dispatch of medical equipment and supplies in a compliant and safe environment. Job Description Job Responsibilities Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control. Allocate tasks and monitor team performance to meet productivity targets and quality standards. Train, coach, and mentor warehouse associates on standard operating procedures, safety protocols, and company policies. Conduct regular inventory checks, cycle counts, and resolve inventory discrepancies. Operate and maintain warehouse equipment, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment. Ensure compliance with all internal GE Medical Systems Israel Ltd policies, as well as external regulatory requirements (e.g., medical device regulations, safety standards). Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and optimize warehouse flow. Generate reports on warehouse performance, inventory levels, and team productivity. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment. Collaborate with other departments, such as logistics, quality, and production, to ensure smooth operations.
