What We Need to See: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical / Optical Engineering or equivalent experience. 5+ years of experience with electrical and optical components including lasers like VCSEL’s and EML’s, connectors, high speed cables, fibers, transceivers, and related technologies. Experience in evaluating component parameters such as insertion loss, return loss, dispersion, and bandwidth. Familiarity with industry standards and protocols related to optical interconnects (e.g., Ethernet, InfiniBand, Fiber Channel). Knowledge in product management system (PLM) as Agile / PDP. Ways to Stand out from the Crowd: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
