We're looking for a creative Product Manager to help us build an exciting new product that truly does good. If you're ready to lead, innovate, and grow — join us!
The Role:
We're looking for an experienced Product Manager to own key product areas end-to-end. This role is ideal for someone hands-on and US client-facing who thrives in a dynamic startup environment and is eager to build and ship quickly with a high-impact team. We need someone smart who can quickly master the pharmacy world. In this role, you will research problem statements and turn them into flows, screens, and shipped functionality. This is a tactical build role: you'll work directly with management, engineers, and our advisory panel of clinical ops leaders to define system needs, run discovery, and produce production-ready specs and prototypes.
What You'll Do:
Own product initiatives from discovery through launch and iteration: problem → design → spec.
Map integrations and data flows; define MVP scope, dependencies, and acceptance criteria.
Define requirements, user stories, and priorities aligned with business goals
Run structured customer/advisor research, synthesize insights, and prioritize a lean roadmap.
Work closely with engineering, design, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
Balance customer needs, technical constraints, and speed of execution
Use data and customer feedback to continuously improve the product.
Play a key role in shaping the company's product roadmap.
