The Role
You'll own core marketplace products end-to-end, pricing, liquidity, trading flows, and the systems behind them. This is a hands-on role for a PM who's comfortable in a technical domain: you'll work daily with engineering and data to define what we build, why, and in what order. You set the vision and roadmap; you ship, measure, and iterate.
What you'll do
Own the roadmap for key marketplace features, from idea to launch
Turn user, market, and trading data into clear priorities and specs
Work closely with engineering on trade-offs, architecture, and delivery
Run experiments and A/B tests, then act on the results
Improve the metrics that matter: liquidity, trust, conversion, and retention
What we're looking for
Strong PM fundamentals: roadmap ownership, prioritization, clear specs
Technical fluency — you can read an API, reason about system trade-offs, and hold your own with engineers (former engineers welcome)
Comfort with data and experimentation (SQL, analytics, A/B testing)
Background in marketplaces, fintech/trading, gaming, or digital assets
Ability to make complex decisions simple and defend them to leadership
5+ years in product, ideally at senior/lead level
