5+ years of UX research experience across consumer and/or developer products End-to-end research chops: defining the question, picking the method, executing, synthesizing, and communicating outcomes Strong command of qualitative methods (interviews, usability testing, contextual inquiry) and working familiarity with quantitative ones Working knowledge of at least one of: crypto wallets and self-custody, messaging or P2P, AI applications, or developer tooling Sharp written and verbal communication — able to convert ambiguous findings into decision-ready recommendations Experience with products where trust, privacy, security, money movement, or technical complexity affect the user experience.
