We are seeking a Backend Developer to support the development of operational capabilities
and provide advanced defensive solutions for our projects. The role involves designing and
implementing scalable, high-performance server-side architectures that support complex
remote management capabilities and secure data orchestration in a challenging cyber
environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute work packages requiring expertise in understanding threats to endpoint
devices, particularly in IoT or cloud environments.
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable and secure backend systems.
- Manage and optimize server performance, security, and availability.
- Develop and integrate APIs for seamless communication with frontend and external
systems.
- Implement defensive thinking in project kickoffs and architecture designs to enhance
security standards.
- Work with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) to deploy and manage
backend services.
- Develop procedures and workflows to provide holistic solutions to identified risks.
- Ensure cybersecurity best practices, including API protection and access
management.
Required Skills:
- At least 3 years of experience in Backend development.
- Proficiency in Python with at least 4 years of experience.
- Experience with event-driven design (RabbitMQ, Kafka).
- Familiarity with architecture principles: RESTful APIs, Microservices, Design Patterns.
- Experience working with cloud environments: AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
