Requirements (Must-Have) 6 months to 1 year of experience in a similar technical Help Desk environment or relevant military technical experience. Solid knowledge of Operating Systems (OS). Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Proven experience in troubleshooting desktop and laptop hardware/software issues. Strong ability to diagnose and resolve email-related issues. Hands-on experience with peripheral equipment, including printers, scanners, etc.
