Role Description The Senior Semiconductor Test Engineer is a full-time, role based in the Tel Aviv District, Israel, with flexibility for partial work from home. This role is responsible for designing, developing, and executing test plans for advanced semiconductor devices, including defining test strategies, creating test cases, and ensuring thorough functional testing of products. Day-to-day activities include setting up and maintaining automated test environments, analyzing test data, identifying defects, and collaborating with design, validation, and production teams to improve product quality and yield. The engineer will also contribute to test methodology optimization, support new product introduction and release to manufacturing, and document test procedures and results in a clear and structured manner. Qualifications Demonstrated expertise in semiconductor Test Engineering, including designing test plans and strategies for complex integrated circuits. Hands-on experience with Test Execution, including running automated and manual tests on ATE or bench setups and troubleshooting test failures. Proficiency in defining and maintaining structured Test Cases and test coverage for functional and performance requirements. Strong background in Testing methodologies and best practices for high-speed, mixed-signal, or digital ICs.
