Experience: 7+ years of experience in Supply Chain Planning, with at least 4 years in managerial role. Industry Knowledge: Proven experience managing Subcontractors and 3PL providers in a global multi-disciplinary Analytical Skills: Proven experience in AI implementations , Demonstrated ability to analyze complex datasets to forecast demand and calculate capacity requirements. Education: B.Sc in Industrial Engineering - Must. Communication: Exceptional English (written and verbal). Technical Expertise: Strong proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle) and advanced programming skills (Excel expert, data modeling, Python). Project Management: Experience implementing S&OP (Sales and Operations Planning) processes or ERP planning modules. Proven resilience and the ability to maintain a high level of composure and strategic focus during peak operational cycles and demanding periods. Lean/Six Sigma: Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles or "Just-In-Time" (JIT) inventory strategies.
