We’re Hiring: Experienced Tech Recruitment Coordinator
We’re looking for a Tech Recruitment Coordinator with proven experience in the high-tech industry to join our dynamic and professional recruitment team.
About the Role:
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for a variety of technology positions (Development, Cybersecurity, DevOps, Infrastructure, and more).
Work closely with hiring managers and clients to identify and attract top talent.
Take full ownership of sourcing, interviewing, candidate evaluation, and process management until hiring.
Utilize advanced tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS) to ensure efficient and accurate recruitment processes.
Requirements:
At least 1 year of proven experience in tech recruitment – mandatory.
Strong understanding of development and technology roles.
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter – a strong advantage.
Excellent English skills (spoken and written).
Outstanding interpersonal communication, quick learning ability, and independent thinking.
