Are you a student with a strong analytical mindset, a love for Excel, and an eye for detail?

We’re looking for a Student Incentives Analyst to join the Economic Department of a large and well-established organization.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for the calculation and operational management of employee incentive programs, while working with data and performing advanced analysis in Excel.

What will you do?

• Calculate and operate employee incentive schemes
• Process, analyze and validate data
• Work extensively with Excel and large datasets
• Support ongoing activities within the Economic Department

What are we looking for?

• Student in Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
• Advanced Excel skills – must
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent attention to detail
• Availability for at least 3 working days per week, including 2 days from the office
• Commitment for at least 1.5 years
