This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in a fast-growing technology company, partnering closely with senior leadership to help drive the company’s continued global expansion. Reporting directly to the CFO, you will serve as a trusted legal advisor across the organization, helping enable commercial success while managing legal risk in a practical, solutions-oriented manner. Responsibilities: Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a broad range of commercial agreements, including: Enterprise customer agreements SaaS subscriptions and software licensing agreements Technology partnership and strategic alliance agreements Channel, reseller, OEM, and distribution agreements Procurement and vendor contracts Professional services and consulting agreements Non-disclosure, evaluation, and pilot agreements Partner closely with the Sales organization to support complex enterprise negotiations and help accelerate deal execution.
