דרישות

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field - Executive leadership experience in a technical, customer-facing role within the technology industry - 15+ years of design, implementation or consulting experience with cloud native applications and architectures - Extensive people management experience including growing technical leaders - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with demonstrated effectiveness engaging tech and business C-level executives in both Hebrew and English - Experience working in a matrix structure and influencing stakeholders at multiple levels and across global organizations - History of successful technical consulting and/or architecture engagements with large-scale customers or enterprises - Experience migrating or transforming legacy customer solutions to the cloud - Familiarity with common enterprise services or platforms - Track record of presenting and influencing up to C level across technical and non-technical audiences - High degree of comfort communicating effectively across internal and external organizations - Demonstrated ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly - Experience working in multi-cultural and international environments, and the ability to navigate the intersection of Israeli business culture and global corporate norms. - Previous experience of AWS is preferred, although not essential, provided have experience in complex virtualized environments Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
