What we need to see: BSc or MSc in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience. 10+ years in chip design, verification/validation, RTL simulation, firmware, or embedded software — with real, hands-on experience. Intimate knowledge of chip design and verification flows. Strong understanding of SW–HW flows and system integration across diverse technology components. Strong analytical thinking, debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills, written and verbal. Proven ability to work independently and drive ideas from concept to execution. Ways to stand out from the crowd: A background in validation or verification, looking to move closer to software and modeling — this role is a natural next step, and you'll grow your modeling and software skills as you go. Deep, hands-on experience with networking protocols — one of the strongest differentiators for this role. Experience with UVM or other verification methodologies. Familiarity with modern C++ and object-oriented design (a real
