1 year experience as a Tier1/2 support or NOC Operator with strong technical background
Fluent English speaker
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work well in a team environment
Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced technical setting
Available for 5 shifts per week, including night shifts
Willingness to work Sunday – Saturday
