The Role We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer who thinks like a developer. In this role, you will take full ownership of our cloud infrastructure, optimize our deployment pipelines, and prepare our platform for its next phase of rapid growth. Because our core application ecosystem heavily relies on Ruby on Rails, and we are moving rapidly into the AI space, you will serve as the crucial bridge between traditional operations and software engineering. We need someone who goes beyond just managing servers, a professional who truly understands software architecture, code deployment lifecycles, and the developer mindset. Stepping into this senior position, you will be expected to quickly grasp our existing environment and confidently take the reins on major infrastructure and architectural decisions from day one. Key Responsibilities Own the Infrastructure: Design, build, and maintain scalable, secure, and highly available cloud infrastructure (AWS). Empower R&D: Work hand-in-hand with our small R&D team (5 engineers) to streamline CI/CD pipelines, reduce build times, and make deploying code seamless.
