6+ years of development experience with backend oriantaion. Proven experience in technical leadership or leading engineering initiatives Hands-on mindset with the ability and willingness to actively code Strong understanding of system design, scalability, and performance considerations Experience working on user-facing systems and leading frontend developers Experience improving engineering processes, SDLC, and development workflows Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools and practices Strong communication skills and ability to lead within a cross-functional squad Education: B.Sc. in Computer Science or equivalent
