Must Have Qualifications Israeli Citizen Minimum 5 years of experience in VoIP System Architecture / Professional Services / Tier-3 Support Strong understanding of SIP protocol and SBC functions Hands-on experience debugging SIP in VoIP networks Strong knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs) Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Fluent in English & Hebrew (written and spoken) Willingness to travel abroad (up to 4 times per year) Ability and willingness to undergo a high-level security clearance process
