Design and write PLC code according to spec
Design, write and set up communication networks
Work with a variety of different end components such as Motors, VFD, sensors, scanners etc.
Work closely with other R&D teams to design and build new products from scratch
Design, build and test simulators
Lead the control integration of each product on site – Office and Field
Requirements:
BSc in Electronics \ Mechanical Engineering or another equivalent field
3+ years and above of proven experience in Siemens or Unitronics PLC programming – Logic & Motion
Experience with industrial communication protocols TCPIP, Modbus, RS, CAN-Open
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Full ownership of challenges, researching and recommending solutions
Excellent Interpersonal Skills & Team player
Highly Independent: Takes ownership of challenges, researching and recommending solutions
Ability to adapt quickly to changing environments and manage parallel time-critical tasks
Excellent English
Ability to fly abroad – advantage
