We are seeking a Product Configuration Engineer to join the operations team, manage product configuration and manufacturing traceability from NPI through mass production.
Responsibilities
Maintain BOMs, product configurations, revisions, and engineering changes across manufacturing systems and sites.
Define and improve traceability of materials, units, processes, and test results throughout production.
Work with internal teams and manufacturing partners to resolve data gaps and improve processes.
Requirements
B.Sc. in engineering or a related field, with 3+ years of relevant manufacturing experience.
Hands-on experience with BOMs, change control, traceability, and PLM, ERP, or MES systems.
Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills; excellent English.
