About the Role As our first dedicated People Partner in Israel, you’ll own the entire employee lifecycle and play a key role in shaping how we support, develop, and scale our people. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys building strong people practices while partnering closely with managers to create high-performing teams. You’ll be the go-to partner for managers across the organization, helping them navigate performance, employee relations, leadership development, and organizational challenges. You’ll also own the operational side of the employee experience, ensuring every stage of the employee lifecycle is consistent, thoughtful, and aligned with our culture. What You’ll Do Own the end-to-end employee lifecycle for our Israel team, from onboarding through offboarding. Work in close partnership with the recruiting team in Israel to accelerate hiring, streamline recruitment processes, and proactively remove obstacles throughout the hiring lifecycle. Partner closely with managers on performance management, employee development, promotions, compensation cycles, and day-to-day people decisions.
