Job Description
Are you passionate about semiconductor physics, advanced characterization techniques, and laboratory work?
Tower Semiconductor is looking for a highly motivated Device Lab Engineer to join our Device R&D team. In this role, you will take ownership of advanced electrical characterization activities, operate sophisticated measurement systems, and support the development and qualification of leading semiconductor technologies.
As a key member of the team, you will work closely with Device R&D, Process R&D and Fab engineers, providing critical electrical characterization data that drives technology development, process optimization, root-cause investigations, and product qualification.
This position combines hands-on laboratory work with analytical problem solving and is ideal for engineers who thrive in an environment that requires both technical expertise and a high degree of independence.

Job Requirements
Must Have:
Practical Electrical Engineering certification with proven relevant experience, or B.Sc. in Physics, Electrical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Good understanding of semiconductor device physics and characterization of CMOS & Power technologies
Proven hands-on experience with laboratory measurement equipment, such as parameter analyzers, power supplies, oscilloscopes, network analyzers, multimeters, etc..
Good written and verbal communication skills in Hebrew and English.
Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with engineering teams.
Nice to Have:
Programming skills in LabView and Python
