B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline. 3+ years in IC/system product, test, or yield engineering, including deep post-silicon analytics experience. Strong track record in data analysis and root-cause debugging at the system or silicon level. Deep understanding of IC manufacturing, characterization, and qualification processes. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — especially in customer-facing situations. Strong organizational and prioritization skills with a results-oriented mindset. Fluency in English (written and verbal) is a must.
