5+ years of experience developing complex backend / infrastructure / systems software Proven experience leading engineering teams Strong background in agent-based products, security infrastructure, or low-level systems development Experience working close to operating systems and system internals Strong understanding of multithreading, concurrency, memory, and performance optimization Strong coding skills in Go, C++, or similar languages Experience with cross-platform environments (Windows / Linux / macOS) Background in cybersecurity products: a significant advantage Nice to Have Experience building endpoint security or posture management products Experience with telemetry, observability, or runtime analysis systems Familiarity with enterprise-scale security environments Experience building highly scalable SaaS infrastructure Experience leading teams in fast-growing startup environments
