What is needed to succeed? Required qualifications: 8+ years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, Cloud Infrastructure, or Site Reliability Engineering. 3+ years of experience managing multiple engineering teams or Team Leads. Proven experience leading engineering organizations supporting large-scale SaaS products. Deep expertise with AWS (required), including designing, operating, and optimizing production cloud environments. Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes and cloud-native technologies. Extensive experience designing and operating enterprise-grade CI/CD platforms using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Argo CD, GitLab CI, or similar technologies. Strong experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, CloudFormation, or equivalent tools. Experience building highly available, secure, and scalable production platforms. Strong understanding of observability, monitoring, logging, incident management, and platform reliability. Experience implementing DevSecOps practices and cloud security best practices. Strong scripting or programming skills (Python, Go, Bash, or similar). Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational leadership skills.
