About the Role We are looking for a Learning & Organizational Development Partner to join our global team. In this role, you will work closely with Riskified’s tech departments to strengthen organizational effectiveness and accelerate talent development. You will assess departments’ learning and OD needs and work closely with tech leadership, HRBPs, L&OD team members, and 3rd party vendors to design and execute high-impact solutions. What You'll Be Doing Partner with managers and department leaders to identify capability gaps and organizational development opportunities.
