About you

• Self-starter with an owner mindset who takes problems from concept to production
• Strong background in data science, experimentation, and performance evaluation
• Solid engineering skills to take solutions from research to production
• Proficiency in Python and leading ML frameworks (sklearn, pytorch, hugging face, etc.)
• Experience with agentic frameworks (LangGraph, Pydantic-AI, etc.), and LLM evaluation/observability tooling is a big plus
• 4+ years of experience in software engineering, ML engineering, or data science
• BSc/MSc in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent army/industry experience)
