What we're looking for A full-stack product designer. Strong UX, strong UI, real brand instinct. Not great at one and thin on the rest. AI-first mindset. You feel at home working hands-on with AI tools and operating agents on your behalf. You will not be able to keep up with the team without that. Product thinking under ambiguity. You can take a vague, hard problem, decide what to build and what to leave out, and defend the cut. Craft. You care about the pixel, the microinteraction, the moment something clicks. Delight isn't decoration to you. It's how trust gets built. Comfort with technical and infrastructure products. You don't need to write code, but APIs, developers, and a problem with no consumer analog don't scare you. A point of view. You argue from the user and the problem, not from taste, and you'll change your mind for a good reason without folding. Start-up mode on. We run faster than market changes. You need to feel comfortable in an ever-changing environment, where we are stubborn on our vision but flexible on the details. This role is not for you if You need a detailed brief before you can start, you think design means making someone else's spec look nice, or your portfolio is screens assembled from a system rather than work with your hand on it. Design tools are very good now. That's exactly why we're hiring for the judgment and the eye they can't replicate.
