About the Role We are looking for a Senior Test Engineer to join our Product & Test Engineering (PTE) team and take a central role in RFIC test development at the silicon level. You will develop and own ATE test programs on the Advantest 93000 platform (SmarTest 8), contribute to test hardware development for wafer sort and final test, and take part in production analysis and RMA investigations.
