As a Senior Technical Project Manager at Razor Labs, you will take a leadership role in overseeing complex technological projects within the mining sector. This is a global position that encompasses project execution across both Africa and East Asia, demanding a high frequency of business travel. Due to the nature of the projects and stakeholder interactions, this role requires conducting business in Russian; therefore, proficiency in both written and spoken Russian is essential. This role requires close collaboration with clients and internal teams to ensure project success from conception to delivery, with full accountability for execution. You will manage multiple projects concurrently, leading the deployment of sensor-based technology solutions, vendor management, and integration efforts specifically tailored to Heavy Mobile Equipment and Mobile Fleets. A strategic problem solver, you will be expected to make key decisions, drive results in challenging environments, and report effectively to both clients and internal stakeholders. This position demands a high level of independence, technical expertise, and the ability to execute on-site projects efficiently. Responsibilities: Lead stakeholder engagement to ensure clear and comprehensive project requirements and expectations. Develop and oversee detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation, ensuring milestones are met on time and within budget. Manage technical project execution on-site, overseeing the deployment of sensor technologies and integrations specifically for Mobile Fleets (HME). Lead the coordination of cross-functional teams, third-party vendors, and integrators to ensure successful implementation of projects.
