At least 2-3 years of management experience leading operational teams. 5-10 years of experience in a similar operational role. Preferably in a high-growth startup environment. Excellent decision-making skills and a get-things-done attitude. Able to deliver against tight deadlines and work under pressure. Fast learner, independent, resourceful, hands-on. Exceptional leader. Team player. Service orientation. Fluent English - must. BA in administration, business or any other relevant degree - an advantage.
