Skeletons, lasers, tattoo buses — the Torq brand grabs attention like nothing else in cybersecurity. And we're growing like crazy, backed by Series D funding, 200% employee growth, and 300% revenue growth. Fueling Torq's momentum is our game-changing AI SOC platform, backed by a team and culture that makes Torq one of Forbes' Best Startup Employers in America, and a Business Insider 'startup to bet your career on'.
Life at Torq is all gas, no brakes. We're a team of relentless, collaborative go-getters pushing the boundaries of what's possible for security automation. Every role is an essential driver of Torq's success as the AI-native autonomous SecOps platform of choice for security teams across the Fortune 500.
After a period of rapid growth, Torq is entering a new stage. Our focus is now on strengthening our managers, building scalable people practices, retaining and developing talent, and creating the organizational capabilities needed for our next chapter.
We’re looking for a Senior HRBP who wants to help shape that journey. You’ll join a strong and visible HR team, own the full employee lifecycle across the organizations you work with, and become a trusted partner to managers and employees.
We’re looking for someone with a strong presence and business judgment - empathetic but direct, able to build trust quickly, challenge managers when needed, and turn organizational needs into action.
What Will You Do?
Build strong, trusted relationships with managers and employees.
Own the full employee lifecycle across your organizations, from onboarding through offboarding.
Help managers become more confident, independent, and effective leaders by strengthening their decision-making and building long-term leadership capabilities.
Identify recurring organizational challenges and build simple, scalable people solutions that help managers and teams perform at their best.
Lead initiatives across onboarding, performance, retention, employee development, talent mapping, and succession planning.
Identify organizational and leadership gaps, design practical solutions, and drive implementation from idea to execution.
Support organizational design and workforce planning initiatives.
Navigate sensitive employee relations and performance matters with empathy, clarity, and sound judgment.
Use HiBob, data, and organizational insights to guide decisions and measure impact.
Work closely with the global HR team on company-wide processes, including performance reviews and compensation.
What Should You Bring to the Table?
At least 5 years of experience as an HRBP, preferably in a fast-growing technology company.
A track record of building or redesigning HR processes to support organizational growth.
Strong experience coaching managers, building trusted relationships, and providing constructive pushback.
Experience leading processes such as performance management, onboarding, retention, talent management, or employee development.
Strong business understanding and the ability to connect people priorities with company goals.
The ability to identify gaps, take ownership, and lead initiatives independently from start to finish.
Experience using data and organizational insights to guide decisions.
Experience with HiBob or a similar HRIS.
Excellent communication skills in Hebrew and English.
Who Will Thrive Here?
You’ll thrive here if you enjoy spotting patterns before others do, building structure where none exists, challenging managers with empathy, and leaving teams stronger than you found them.
You bring a clear point of view but remain open to feedback. You’re comfortable moving between strategic thinking and hands-on execution, and you’re a collaborative, low-ego team player who is willing to step in and help wherever needed.
We build AI for a living, and we encourage candidates to use it to prep, research, and sharpen their best work. But we're hiring humans, not chatbots. We want the real you. Use AI to tighten your resume, prep for interviews, research Torq, and outline ideas for written responses. Show up as yourself for live interviews, final assessments (the voice, logic, and reasoning need to be yours), and anywhere we're evaluating how you think — not how you prompt.
Excited about our vision and ready to make an impact as we grow? We'd love to see what you can bring to the team.
As an equal opportunity employer, we are committed to a team defined and empowered by diversity. We consider qualified applicants without regard to race, religion, color, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status.
