Who we are:
The 4M story is likely one you haven’t heard before: We are on a mission to unlock access to the world below us - to do for the world underground what Google Maps did for the world above. By leveraging cutting-edge technology, we are mapping the subsurface infrastructure to make reliable, real-time utility data accessible to the construction industry - completely transforming a traditional sector. We’re a growing startup with 120+ employees, based in Tel Aviv, Israel and Austin, Texas.
About the role:
We’re looking for an exceptional HRBP to become a key force multiplier within our HR team.
We’re looking for someone who combines maturity and sensitivity in working with people with a true builder mindset - a drive to create from scratch, continuously improve how things work, and turn ideas into reality through strong execution.
You’ll partner closely with managers, employees, and teams across Israel and the US, while also shaping and leading cross-company OD & L&D initiatives, manager enablement, and other people programs that help build a high-performing global organization.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced startup environments, combines strategic thinking with a hands-on approach, and naturally leverages modern AI tools to improve productivity and decision-making.
You’ll have significant ownership, autonomy, and impact on how the company grows.
What you’ll do:
Partner with managers and teams
Act as a strategic thought partner to managers, developing a deep understanding of their business, teams, and priorities, and translating business needs into people and organizational actions
Advise and coach managers on organizational and people matters, including team structure, talent development, and performance
Work closely with employees and teams, building trust and supporting them through development, challenges, and organizational change
Drive and lead HR programs & infrastructure
Build company-wide HR programs, processes, and frameworks from the ground up
Design and lead learning experiences, workshops, and development initiatives across the company
Improve and optimize workflows, systems, policies, and operational infrastructure
Drive HR analytics and reporting to support business decisions
Work as part of a collaborative and impact-driven HR team
Partner closely with the Head of HR and HR team on global & local initiatives
Independently lead projects from idea to execution
Bring structure, prioritization, and clarity to a fast-moving environment
Help evolve the HR function for the company’s next stage

Strong analytical thinking and comfort working with data, metrics, and insights to support decision-making
Understanding of modern HR best practices and organizational trends, with the ability to bring ideas and perspectives from high-performing companies into a startup environment
