We are seeking a senior manufacturing environment leader to lead a worldwide production-intensive sites, with full accountability for plant operations, performance, and execution, alongside selected global operational initiatives. This role is highly focused on production excellence, complex planning, and global operational execution, including leading strategic product transfers to India. Key Responsibilities: Operational Leadership Full ownership of plant operations, including direct responsibility for the production floor and manufacturing output. Lead all day-to-day manufacturing operations, including production, planning, and maintenance, to ensure execution against business targets. Lead a culture of performance and continuous improvement to meet and enhance KPIs across output, delivery, cost, and efficiency. Production & Performance Management Own production performance and continuously improve yield, productivity, throughput, and on-time delivery. Implement structured processes to monitor, analyze, and improve operational performance. Complex Planning & Execution Oversee multi-layered production planning, ensuring optimal capacity utilization and alignment with customer demand and business priorities. Manage trade-offs between demand, capacity, and inventory to support business continuity and growth. Global Operations & Product Transfer Lead and execute product transfer (relocation) projects to India, ensuring smooth ramp-down/ramp-up and continuity of supply. Collaborate with global sites to ensure alignment, knowledge transfer, and operational readiness. Cross-Functional Leadership Work closely with global stakeholders across supply chain, quality, engineering, and finance to ensure integrated execution.
